Ever wonder if hydroelectric dams can actually make our days longer? Apparently, the Three Gorges Dam does something like that by shifting water to a higher place, which makes the Earth spin slower. So, um, cool.

Honestly, I don't really feel like this changes much for me. I still hit snooze like a champion every morning. Just another day, right?

Maybe if time really stretched out, I could finally finish that book I’ve been meaning to read... or not.
